We will not process any material, which in our opinion is or maybe of an illegal or libellous nature, or an infringement of the rights of another party.

Cancellations

All order cancellations must be made in writing and any costs incurred on a cancelled order up to the time of cancellation will be chargeable.

Order Variations

We print using standard inks and as such minor variations may occur beyond our control and we will have no liability for such variations. Be aware that different substrates and alternative methods of printing and lamination may produce results that vary the colour and tone of your artwork. It is strongly recommended that you request an actual card proof which uses the print method of the final job. We are happy to offer advice on the costs of such proofs.

Complaints

All complaints shall be made in writing to us within 5 working days of receipt of goods.

Limitations On Liability

We shall have no liability:

To you if problems with defective products are not reported to us within 5 working days from the date you received the products
For defective products where the defect has been caused or contributed by you or where it has been caused or contributed to by any materials, design, artwork or specification supplied by you.
To you for defective products, products not despatched, or products damaged or lost in transit unless the event is notified to us within 5 working days.
For damage, loss, liability, claims, costs or expenses caused or contributed to by your continued use of defective products after a defect has become apparent or suspected or should reasonably have become apparent to you.
Unless you give us a reasonable opportunity to remedy any matter for which we are liable before you incur any costs and/or expenses in remedying the matter yourself. If you do not do so we shall have no liability to you.
If we have included any items in products supplied which are incorrect and/or we have omitted to include any items in products supplied which should have been included then we shall have no liability for such error except to rectify the error and bear the cost of returning the defective products to us for us to rectify the error.

We shall have no liability to you for any:

Consequential losses
Loss of profits
Damage to goodwill
Economic or similar losses
Special damages or indirect losses
Business interruption, loss of business, contracts or production

Terms and Conditions of Trade

All orders are subject to these terms and conditions
Quoted prices exclude VAT and delivery charge. Delivery to Ireland and offshore islands will incur an extra charge. VAT and carriage will be added to the invoice price.
Claims for damage, delay, loss or partial loss must be made within five days of delivery.
We will not be responsible for any consequential loss caused by delayed or late delivery.
Should you request expedited or special delivery this will incur an additional cost which will be added to your Invoice.
If we are unable to use an existing foiling die from our stock there will be an additional charge (currently £120)
Payment terms are 30 days from end of month of invoice, subject to credit approval from our factors RBS Invoice Finance Ltd
All quotations are made subject to sight of artwork
Prices are quoted as per 1,000 and are only applicable for the quoted quantity
Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation
Title to any goods supplied does not pass to the purchaser until payment has been received and cleared through our bank.
FORCE MAJEURE: We will not be liable for breach of contract arising from or caused by, directly or indirectly, force majeure, war, strikes, riots, civil commotions and natural disasters.
