Multipart pouches let you create personalised plastic cards on demand. The pouches consist of one, two or three leaves of plastic material sandwiched between two layers of clear polyester film. After lamination with a desktop laminator the pouch is transformed into a tamper proof and totally secure, solid plastic card equivalent to a credit card. Printed up to four- colour process to both front and back they can include photo cut- outs and any number of our security features.

When you have an active project that requires point of access plastic card personalisation but do not wish to go to the expense of a plastic card machine why not use our Multipart pouches. The pouches all-plastic construction enables the layers to bond together to form one solid mass, therefore, all relevant logo's, personal details and photographs are held totally secure within the card making it completely tamper-proof and waterproof.


 

The pouches are available in two, three, four and five parts to suit individual requirements. Three and four part pouches can be printed up to four colours both sides with personalisation to one side of the card. A five-part pouch is used when variable lasered information is required on both the front and reverse of the card. A photo cut out box can accommodate a standard ID photograph (size 25×32mm approx.) or an all photo cut out (45×70mm approx) allows a full side insert to be used. These are available on our four and five part pouches.

Multipart pouches can be made in varying sizes and can be designed to incorporate holes or slots and a range of accessories.
