Self seal cards create the perfect solution for when a card requires personalisation at the point of issue, especially when a desk top laminator is not practical due to cost or time limitations. But if you already have a desktop laminator why not try our multi-part pouches.
Plastic Data Card Ltd. Self-seal cards are created with your specific design and can incorporate any number of our security features. Typically a Self-seal card features space for data entry and an area for a photograph.
However for extra security sequential numbers, barcodes and special foils can be added to maximise the cards professional utility.

Self Seal Gallery
Normally the cards are laminated on one side and the other side has a self- adhesive flap attached at one edge.
The flap can be attached the left or right short edge and the hinge of the sealing flap extends 6mm from the edge.
When you are ready to issue the card simply fill in your details with or without a photograph, peel off the silicon backing paper and seal down the flap by hand. The card is now permanently sealed and any attempt to tamper with the card is easily detectable.
